Terms of Use

Requests are not bookings

Submitting a form sends a request. An appointment exists only once we confirm a date and time with you directly.

Estimates

Any estimate or range shown on this site is non binding. Final pricing depends on assessment of the equipment, parts and access. Parts and applicable taxes are extra unless stated.

Service limitations

Listing a service, brand or area on this site does not guarantee we can perform that work. Coverage, model support and qualifications are confirmed per request.

Emergencies

This website is not an emergency service. If you smell gas, leave and call your gas utility.

Brands

Brand names and logos identify equipment only. Etobicoke Fireplace Care is an independent service provider. No manufacturer affiliation or authorization is claimed.

Cancellation and warranty

[Cancellation policy and workmanship warranty: to be confirmed by the owner. None is offered until published here.]
